Where We Ship
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. At checkout, you will be notified if your pin code is not serviceable.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kolkata typically receive orders within 3–5 business days. Delivery to Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities or remote pin codes may take up to 7–10 business days.
These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to logistics partner delays, weather disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 will incur a flat shipping charge of ₹60.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can use this to track your shipment in real time.
Undelivered or Returned to Origin Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. Re-dispatch charges may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
