Refund policy
At Amoras, we hold our products to the highest standards of quality and safety. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any Amoras products once an order has been delivered. This policy exists because our products are consumable health supplements and cannot be restocked or resold once they leave our facility, in accordance with food safety regulations under FSSAI guidelines.
Exception — Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, has a broken seal, or has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost to you. To raise a damage claim you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging. Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

Wrong Product Delivered
In the rare event that you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional charge. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel before dispatch, contact us immediately at info@callidorahealth.com.
We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstance other than a payment failure or duplicate charge at the time of transaction. In such cases, the amount will be reversed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
